Your account
When you sign in with Google, we receive information needed to identify your account, including your email address and profile image when available. We use it to connect your website and AI sessions to the same credits, research and billing records.
Your research
We record the searches you request, their results and credit usage so you can view your activity and retrieve completed research. MentionDock provides creator profile information and public content gathered through our data providers.
Payments
Stripe processes payments. MentionDock keeps order, subscription and payment-status records to manage your purchases, credits and billing. Payment information entered at checkout is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and preferences
We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores preferences such as your selected theme and language. Clearing these settings may sign you out or reset your preferences.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand traffic sources, page visits and the steps from setup and sign-in to choosing a plan and confirmed payment. Google Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers. We send campaign tags, page paths, plan identifiers, order references and purchase amounts, excluding account emails, sign-in credentials and your research queries. Your browser stores pending purchase references to help avoid counting the same payment again. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy policy.
Service providers
MentionDock uses providers for sign-in, payment processing, hosting and creator data. Information is shared with them as needed to deliver those services. Google and Stripe also apply their own policies when you use their services.
Your information and choices
Contact us to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your account before handling a request. Some records may need to be retained for billing, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
