Using MentionDock
MentionDock helps you find creators and research their profiles and recent content through your AI tools. Use the service lawfully, respect other people’s rights and keep your account access secure.
Creator information
Creator information can change, and some information may be missing or out of date. Research results do not guarantee a creator’s suitability or the outcome of a partnership. Review the information before making a decision; your AI’s interpretation is separate from the source records.
Purchases and credits
Your selected plan, price, included credits and billing interval are shown before checkout. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Research uses credits at the rates shown on our pricing page, based on the creator profiles delivered.
Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their unused credits expire six calendar months after payment. You can see each pack’s remaining credits and expiry date in your account.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Both include a monthly credit allowance. Unused monthly credits do not carry over. You can stop renewal from your account; your paid subscription remains available until the end of its current billing period.
Billing questions and refunds
If you need help with a charge or want to request a refund, contact support with your account email and order reference. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
